My role is never to tell someone what choices they should make, or how to live their life, however, I am often asked to help someone see with greater clarity.

Lou contacted me because she was deeply worried about her thirty-year-old son, John. John is successful in his career, and has made good decision in life, but had recently and quickly fallen deeply in love with a woman from overseas. Lou was convinced something wasn't right. She sent me photographs of the couple. As I focused on the images, I immediately felt uncomfortable with the girlfriend's energy. It was heavy and unsettling.

"I've told John I'm arranging healing for him," Lou said.

She explained that ever since the relationship began, John was rarely home. When he was, he seemed constantly angry. The girlfriend's visa was due to expire soon, and Lou feared that the relationship was being driven by something other than love. She wondered whether security, residency and financial stability were stronger motivations than genuine affection.

As she spoke, I focused deeply, not only to her words, but to the energy surrounding the situation. Lou believed there might be a dark, spiritual attachment influencing her son. As I tuned in more deeply, my impression was different. The heaviness didn't feel separate from the relationship. It felt intertwined with it. Rather than promising to remove anything, I told Lou I would send John a simple gift. The gift of Truth.

As I explored his energy, I became aware of someone caught between two worlds. Part of John already knew something wasn't right. He felt trapped by commitments he had made almost without realising it. There seemed to be subtle emotional pressure and conversations that left him feeling obligated rather than free. "You said..." "You implied..." "You promised..."

Whether intentional or not, the relationship seemed to have become one in which his choices no longer felt entirely his own. Yet there was another truth. Lou wasn't entirely wrong. Neither was John's girlfriend. John was thirty years old and still living at home. He loved his family yet also longed for independence. Comments his girlfriend made about his circumstances clearly hurt him but they also carried an uncomfortable truth. His anger at home wasn't simply about his mother. Home was the one place where he felt safe enough to release the frustration he couldn't express anywhere else. That understanding became the foundation for my spiritual work that followed.

Later that day, during meditation, I was taken into a dark forest. There, clinging tightly to John, I saw an entity unlike any I’d encountered before. It resembled a large monitor lizard, its four clawed feet firmly embedded in his flesh of his back. It remained perfectly still, watching me, uncertain whether I could see it. The energy, whilst undeniably dark, wasn’t especially powerful.

Carefully, I began removing each claw. It resisted fiercely. Once free, I restrained it and secured it with a rope I manifested for the purpose, well away from John so I could focus entirely on his healing. His energetic field was saturated with heavy, stagnant energy.

I worked patiently through his aura, physical body and chakras. The wounds left by the claws appeared to release thick, black residue as the healing progressed. One area demanded particular attention. His crown chakra appeared completely sealed by what looked like intricate purple wax. It wasn't random. The pattern reminded me of delicate lace, beautiful in appearance, yet somehow created to block rather than protect. It made me think of a widow’s veil.

It took considerable effort to remove the blockage. When it finally dissolved, I felt a profound shift. For the first time, John seemed able to receive healing energy freely. It flowed into him effortlessly, as though a doorway that had been closed for a very long time had finally been opened.

With the assistance of my guides, I sent the entity away. As always, I released it with the same intention: "I send you to the farthest corner of the Universe. If you ever return here, the journey will take you a thousand years, and by then we will all be gone."

I completed the healing by cutting the energetic cords connecting John to influences that no longer served his highest good. One of those cords connected him to his girlfriend. As it released, I became aware of her anger.

Whether that anger arose from the spiritual connection itself or from changes already unfolding in the relationship, I cannot say. To give John space, I visualised a solid steel wall between them, not as a prison, but as a means to pause. If, free from outside influence, he genuinely chose to reconnect, nothing would prevent him, but if the relationship wasn't right for him, he now had the opportunity to make that decision from a place of clarity rather than confusion. He was clear to see the Truth.

I explained everything to Lou. She listened quietly before saying, "Now he can make up his own mind instead of someone else making it for him."

She promised to let me know what happened. I didn’t hear from her again. Over the years, I've learned that silence often tells its own story. Sometimes, when people don't come back, it's because life has quietly found its natural course. Perhaps that's what healing is really meant to do.
